摘要 在湿法烟气脱硫条件下,采用静态模拟混合结晶反应器,研究了温度及金属离子对二水硫酸钙(石膏)结晶过程及晶体表面特性的影响.结果表明:随着温度的升高,石膏晶体的峰宽范围减小,中粒径D50逐渐减小,比表面积逐渐增大,石膏结晶的诱导时间逐渐缩短;当添加相同浓度的金属杂质离子时,抑制石膏结晶的能力Al3+>Fe3+>Mg2+,其中Mg2+对诱导时间的影响基本可以忽略,混合金属离子之间会相互干扰影响诱导时间;含Fe3+的石膏晶体的D50最大,混合杂质离子(Fe3+/Mg2+/Al3+)的D50最小. Influence of temperature and metallic ions on crystallization process and surface characteristics of calcium sulphate dihydrate(gypsum) has been studied in a static mixer reactor during wet flue gas desulfurization(WFGD) processes.Results show that with the rise of temperature,the peak width and medium particle size D_50 of gypsum crystals are reduced,while its specific surface area gradually increased and corresponding induction time shortened.When different metallic ions of same concentration are added,relevant crystallization inhibition capability will be in the sequence of Al^3+Fe^3+Mg^2+,among which the influence of Mg^2+ on induction time of gypsum crystallization can nearly be ignored.In the aspect of effecting the induction time,mutual interference exists among above metallic ions.Gypsum crystals consisting only Fe^3+ ions has the biggest medium particle size D_50,while that consisting ion mixtures of Fe^3+/Mg^2+/Al^3+ has the minimum.
