摘要
基于非线性动力学理论,研究了某舰炮发射过程中的动力学响应问题。建立了某舰炮含身管和摇架导轨之间大位移滑动接触的有限元模型,运用隐式时间积分方法模拟该炮发射的后坐复进过程,获得了炮口的后坐复进位移和速度响应以及关键部位的动态应力。计算结果可为舰炮的设计和优化提供一定的理论依据。
Based on nonlinear dynamics,muzzle's responses during the whole firing course of a naval gun were investigated. The finite element model of the naval gun was established,including large sliding contact between barrel and cradle guide of the gun. The recoil and recuperation process of the gun was simulated by implicit time integration dynamics method,and the responses of displacement and velocity on muzzle and key part dynamic stress were obtained. The calculation results provide the academic basis for the design and optimization of naval gun.
