摘要
小菜蛾是一种严重危害十字花科蔬菜的世界性害虫。由于化学农药的大量使用,使其对多种常用杀虫剂产生抗药性,单纯依靠化学防治已难以控制其危害。因而,生物防治在近年来颇受重视,而利用昆虫信息素控制害虫在生物防治中占有重要的地位。该文从小菜蛾性信息素、植物信息化学物质的研究,寄主植物-小菜蛾-天敌三级营养关系间的化学通讯,小菜蛾信息素感受蛋白以及小菜蛾信息素应用等方面进行了综述和讨论,并对未来研究进行展望。
The diamondback moth (DBM), Plutella xylostella (L.) is one of the most serious pests of cruciferous in many parts of the world. The insect is extremely difficult to control, due to the high resistance to a wide range of insecticides. The increasing failure of insecticides to control P. xylostella has stimulated the development of alternative tactics including using pheromones. This paper reviewed the research of sex pheromone, host volatiles, odorant binding protein, and application of synthetic pheromone of DBM, the chemical communication mechanism in the tritrophic system, host plant-Plutella xylostella- natural enemy. The future development for research directions in this field is suggested. Pheromones could be used as an important method in the IPM program of DBM.
