防治采空区深部煤自燃的胶体隔离控制技术 被引量:5

摘要 为了降低开采过程中煤自燃带来的次生灾害,针对采空区深部煤自燃的特点,应用危险源隔离控制原理,提出了对采空区深部煤自燃进行胶体隔离的控制技术,主要研究了胶体材料的灭火机理、胶体性能特点以及胶体隔离技术的施工工艺,最后将该技术应用于柴家沟矿ZF42105工作面和孟巴矿1110工作面的火区治理中,结果显示启封后工作面上隅角CO体积分数均低于2.4×10-5,说明胶体隔离技术能够有效降低采空区的漏风量,阻止采空区高温点向工作面方向发展,保证工作面的生产不受采空区深部煤自燃的威胁。 In order to effectively reduce the secondary disasters from the coal spontaneous combustion during the process of coal mining,according to the features of the deep coal spontaneous combustion in the goaf and with the isolation control principle of the dangerous sources,the control technology of colloid isolation was provided to the deep coal spontaneous combustion in the goaf.The fire extingui-shing mechanism of the colloid material,the colloid performance features and the construction technique of the colloid isolation technology were mainly studied.The technology was applied to the fire area control of ZF42105 coal mining face in Chaijiagou Mine and No.1110 coal mining face in Mengba Mine.The results showed that after the coal mining face reopened,the CO volume fraction at the top corner would be lower than 2.4×10-5 and the colloid isolation technology could be effectively to reduce the air leakage value of the goaf and could prevent the high temperature point in the goaf developed to the direction of the coal mining face,which could ensure the coal production of the coal mining face suffered from the danger of the deep coal spontaneous combustion in the goaf.
