摘要
采用微反-色谱联合装置,在反应压力为0.5-3.5MPa,质量空速(WHSV)为0.5-2.5h-1,氢烃摩尔比(H2/nC5)为1-5,反应温度250~290℃的条件下考察了反应条件对Pt/HM催化剂性能的影响。用正交试验法确定了正戊烷异构化最佳反应条件,使正戊烷转化率为7185%,反应选择性为96.07%,异戊烷收率为69.03%,液收率97.53%。并对催化剂连续运行1000h,结果表明催化剂性能稳定。
Using micro-chromatographic combination unit, under conditions of reaction pressure being 0.5-3.5Mpa, mass space velocity (WHSV) 0.5-2.5h-1, hydrogen/hydrocarbon mole ratio (H2/nC5) 1 -5, reaction temperature 250-290oC, the effectiveness of reaction conditions to the property of Pt/HM catalyst was investigated. The premium reaction conditions of n-pentane isomerization are determined with orthogonal test, making the percent conversion of n-pentane to 71.85%, reaction selectivity to 96.07%, i-pentane yield to 69. 03% and liquid yield to 97.53%. The catalyst is continuously running for 1,000h, result shows that the catalyst property is stable.
