摘要
分析了HCC—LUMMUS聚苯乙烯工艺,对装置运行过程中出现的溶胶能力不够、齿轮泵输送低粘度介质时磨损大、通用级与高抗冲级聚苯乙烯相互切换时间过长且过渡料多,硬脂酸锌加不到产品中等问题,提出了具有建设性的技术改造意见。
Through analysis of HCC-LUMMS PS process, problems are revealed such as gel dissolving capacity is not sufficient, wear in gear pump when delivery of low viscosity medium, switching time is too long when changing from general-purpose grade to high impact grade PS and transition material is too much, zinc stearate can not be added into product, etc., to which constructive technical improvement suggestions are given.
