摘要
对楔横轧技术进行了简单介绍,重点介绍了铝合金在楔横轧加工的材料流动和应力应变场分布,内部损伤量随模具工艺参数变化的规律;提出了铝合金在楔横轧加工方面发展的新方向。
Cross-wedge rolling technology was briefly introduced in the paper.The material flow and stress and strain distribution of aluminum alloy in cross-wedge rolling process and internal damage variation law were described respectively.The new development direction of cross-wedge rolling process was pointed out.
