摘要 奶牛的早期妊娠诊断在实际生产过程中具有重要的意义,但是现有的妊娠诊断技术因存在诸多弊端而很少能够在生产中应用和推广。妊娠识别阶段某些关键基因在外周血液中显著差异表达规律为我们探索新的早期妊娠诊断技术提供了契机。本文对奶牛妊娠诊断的研究进展进行了简要阐述,提出了通过分析外周血液中关键基因的表达情况对奶牛进行早期妊娠诊断的方法,并着重就其基本原理、应用前景以及存在的问题进行了阐述。 Early pregnancy diagnosis has an impormant role in the dairy industry, but many of the current technology can't be applied and popularized because of their defects. Recently, many results have shown that some key genes are significant differentially express in peripheral blood following the maternal recognition of pregnancy, which may provide us a new method for pregnancy diagnosis. This article briefly introduced the advancement of the pregnancy diagnosis, and proposed that early pregnancy diagnosis in the cow may be performed based on gene differential expression in peripheral blood. The principles, applications and problems of this potential new method are herein chiefly described.
