摘要
在催化裂化装置上采用的西门子T-M集散控制系统对生产过程进行的硬件配置和软件组态,用两套OS通讯监视子系统对3套AS自控子系统进行监视操作控制,既节约投资,提高可靠性,又合理利用了计算机资源,成功实现了炼油装置的集中监控。
Siemens T-M distributed control system is used in the catalytic cracking unit to configurate the hardware and softwale in production Process, with two sets of OS communication monitoring sub-system to monitor the operation control of three sets of AS auto-control sub-systems can both save investment, increase reliability and reasonably make use 0f computer resource, and successfully realize the centrallzed monitor and control to the refinery unit.
