精神分裂症听感觉门控P50与α-7尼古丁乙酰胆碱受体的相关性

摘要 精神分裂症患者及其家属均存在听感觉门控P50抑制缺陷,提示P50抑制缺陷可能是精神分裂症的遗传标志。分子遗传学研究从连锁、关联及动态突变等方面证明了精神分裂症P50抑制缺陷与α-7尼古丁乙酰胆碱受体(alpha-7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor,CHNRA7)基因相关。动物实验和药理学研究发现尼古丁能暂时逆转精神分裂症听感觉门控P50抑制缺陷,证实海马CHNRA7功能异常是感觉门控P50抑制缺陷的生理学基础。有关CHNRA7拮抗剂的研究正在不断深入,不仅可能揭示精神分裂症的发病机制,也可能成为改善其听感觉门控P50抑制缺陷的有效药物。
