摘要
在理论分析的基础上,建立了一种简便实用的复合片磨损实验方法,即采用了复合片在车床上磨损方式模拟PDC钻头切削齿切削岩石的方法进行了大量的实验研究。研究分析了复合片齿的体积磨损速度与切削正压力、切削线速度、磨损弦长及岩性间的关系,并由实验结果得出了复合片磨损速度模式。
A simple and effective wearing experimentation method that lets PDC cut rock in a lathe
so as to simulate PDC bit working behavior bottomhole,is established based on theoretic
analyses. The relations between PDC bit volumetric wearing speed and cutting force, cutting linear
velocity, wearing subtebse length, lithology are investigated, and therefore a wearing speed
model is put forward based on experimental results.
