加强质检人才队伍建设,是科技兴检、人才强检的必由之路,是质检机构可持续发展的源泉。本文以福建省中心检验所为例,就加强人才队伍建设,建立科学的人才管理机制以及人才的引进、培养、使用等几个方面进行探讨。

To strengthen the construction of talent team for quality inspection is the headspring for continuable development of quality inspection organizations,is the only way to prosper the inspection by science and reinforce inspection by talent. The paper takes Fujian Provincial Central Inspection Institute as an example,made research on strength the talent team from several aspects,including establishing scientific talent management mechanism,the introducing,cultivating and employing of talents,etc.
