摘要
分析研究了制药行业的制造执行系统(MES)的个性化需求,提出了采用多维事件驱动的过程网络模型构建药品生产执行管理过程,在信息集成的基础上,实现药品生产业务管理过程与质量监控过程的过程集成。研究设计了符合制药企业实际情况,基于多维视觉驱动的医药生产过程工艺流程和质量控制指标进行实时数据采集和处理,密切结合GMP管理要求,并能带来实际效益的MES系统。
This paper analyzes the individual requirements of manufacturing executive system for pharmaceutical industry. It also proposes implementation of manufacturing executive process using procedure network model by multi-dimension event driving. Based on information integration, bring about process integration of operational control and quality control for pharmaceuticals production process.
