摘要
描述了基于OptiStruct的变速箱支架设计方法,论述了支架在拓扑优化时,其用于优化的CAD模型设计方法、有限元建模方法、优化区域的确定和利用Ls-dyna计算载荷工况的方法。根据优化结果设计了新的支架,对该支架进行应力和模态验证,其中应力验证中的载荷是根据文中的支架载荷计算方法获得。结果表明,该设计支架的方法可以用于支架的优化和性能计算验证。
An optimization methods for bracket based on OptiStruct is carried out. The methods for CAD model design, setting up the finite element model, determining design space and loads by Ls-dyna in the optimization are described in detail. A bracket is optimized based on the proposed methods. The stresses of the bracket in two different loads from Ls-dyna are estimated, and the natural frequencies of the designed bracket in constrained state are calculated. The optimization and calculation results for a bracket demonstrate that the methods for optimization of a bracket proposed in this paper can be used in optimization and calculation for a bracket.
