摘要
根据二维色谱原理,采用两根不同性质的色谱柱串联,采用工控机作为上位机,AVR单片机作为下位机,二者相结合,通过.NET平台软件控制各个部件的操作,研制出了全自动二维制备色谱装置控制系统。
This paper illustrates an automatic Two-Dimensional L iquid Chromatography control system with four important points. They are on the base of Two-Dimensional Liquid Chromatography theory, using two different types of columns in series, using IPC as the host computer and the AVR as the next-bit machine, controlling the operation of various parts through the software of .NET platform.
