介绍了对气门锻压模具润滑改进情况,通过对使用黄油和DF1105两种润滑剂进行对比试验,说明对锻压模具采用雾化喷洒润滑剂DF1105,润滑效果更好,具有环保,经济、高效等优点,值得推广应用。
Introducing the lubricative improvement for valve forging die,having the contrast testing for both butter and DF1105,explaining of using atomization insufflations lubricant DF1105 on valve forging die.The DF1105 has the merit of good lubricating purpose,environment protection,economy and high efficiency,so it is good to be popularized application.
