摘要
该文首先指出,由于与交通相关的碳排放量在碳排放总量中占据相当大的比例,因此在道路交通工程的规划设计中一定要应用低碳的设计理念。接着,从规划先行、"公交优先",以及交通工程设备、材料等方面加以阐述。
The article firstly points out that the design idea of low carbon must be used in the planning design of road traffic projects because of the carbon discharge related to the traffic holding the correspond large proportion in the gross carbon discharge,and then sets forth the planning first,'traffic priority',traffic engineering equipment and materials.
