摘要
目的 对AVE-763全自动尿有形成分分析仪测定尿液有形成分的检测结果进行评价.方法 比较AVE-763全自动尿有形成分分析仪与人工显微镜检测法结果的差异.结果 AVE-763全自动尿有形成分分析仪测定红细胞、白细胞、上皮细胞、管型和结晶等成分与人工判读结果具有显著的相关性(P〈0.01),其相关系数r分别为0.998,0.993,0.954,0.843和0.854.结论 AVE-763全自动尿有形成分分析仪对尿液中有形成分的识别与人工显微镜检查具有良好的相关性,但当尿液中存在过多的干扰物质(如上皮细胞、结晶、黏液丝、细菌、真菌和细胞数量过多)时,必须对结果进行严格审核,逐图进行辅助判断,以提高其检测结果的准确性.
Objective To evaluate the result of AVE-763 fully automatic analyzer detecting concrete composition in urine. Methods To compare difference of the results detected by AVE-763 fully automatic machine and detected by manual microscope method. Results The detecting results of erythrocyte,leukocyte,epithelium,cast and crystal had significant correlation between AVE-763 fully automatic machine and manual microscope method. The correlation coefficient r was 0. 998,0. 993,0. 954,0. 843 and 0. 854 respectively. Conclusion Identification of concrete composition in urine by AVE- 763 fully automatic analyser is satisfactory correlation with manual microscope method. Should distinguish every picture and confirm the result strictly if there are more much interfering substance in urine, for instance, there are overmuch epithelium ,crystal ,mucous strand, bacteria ,yeast ,cell. So can increase accuracy of result.
