老年2型糖尿病患者步行前后血糖的变化 被引量:6

The changes in blood glucose after walking in old people with type 2 diabetes

摘要 目的分析老年2型糖尿病患者步行降糖的疗效及安全性。方法早餐后1h左右,68例老年2型糖尿病患者进行步行(4km/h)锻炼,对步行前后血糖等指标进行比较分析。结果步行后血糖明显低于步行前(P<0.01)。超重患者与体重正常患者步行后血糖下降值为(2.51±1.63)mmol/Lvs (1.78±1.75)mmol/L,下降幅度为23.41%±13.60% vs 14.46%±15.56%(P<0.01)。多元线性逐步回归分析显示:与步行后血糖下降幅度相关的因素依次为BMI、年龄、步行前血糖。步行中没有发生心血管事件、低血糖、运动损伤。结论早餐后1h中速(4 km/h)步行25min约1.8km,可安全有效地降低老年2型糖尿病患者餐后血糖,对超重者效果尤为显著。 Objective To analyze the effect and safety of walking activity on blood glucose control among old patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods one hour after breakfast, 68 old individuals with type 2 diabetes, performed 440 times of walking activities with average walking duration of 23.35 ± 4.20 min, average walking distance of 1611.66±424.17 m, and average walking speed of 4.14±0. 82km/h. Blood glucose and blood pressure were compared between pre- and posvwalking. Results The blood glucose was significantly decreased after walking as compared with that before walking(P〈0.01). The blood glucose in overweight group was decreased more obviously in normal body weight group [decreaseed value of (2.51±1.63)mmol/L vs (1.78±1.75)mmol/L]. The decreased value was correlated with body mass index, age and pre walking blood glucose. No adverse events including cardiovascular diseases, hypoglycemia and athletics injury were found during the study. Conclusions An hour after breakfast, the walking activity with average speed of 4 km/h for 25 minutes can effectively and safely decrease the postprandial blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes, especially in overweight old people.
