驱虫斑鸠菊注射液对儿童进展期白癜风患者血清抗酪氨酸酶抗体的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨儿童进展期白癜风患者血清抗酪氨酸酶抗体的变化及驱虫斑鸠菊对其的影响。方法选择符合诊断标准的120例进展期白癜风患儿为进展期组,120例稳定期白癜风患儿为稳定期组,120例健康体检儿童为对照组。各组儿童均抽取空腹外周血3mL离心分离血清样本,进展期组患儿接受驱虫斑鸠菊注射液治疗3个月后抽取血清样本,以ELISA法检测抗酪氨酸酶抗体滴度(光密度值)。稳定期组及对照组儿童未接受任何干预治疗。结果进展期组患儿治疗前血清抗酪氨酸酶IgG、IgM抗体滴度明显高于对照组及稳定期组(P<0.01)。治疗3个月后,进展期组IgG抗体滴度仍明显高于对照组(P<0.01),但与稳定期组差异无统计学意义(P=0.1086);IgM仍明显高于对照组及稳定期组(P<0.01)。进展期组治疗后较治疗前抗体滴度均明显降低(P<0.001)。结论进展期白癜风患儿血清抗酪氨酸酶抗体升高,驱虫斑鸠菊治疗可降低其血清抗体滴度。 Objective To investigate the variation of serum anti-tyrosinase antibodies of children with progressive vitiligo, and to evaluate the effects of vernonia anthelmintica on it. Methods 120 children with progressive vitiligo were selected as progressive group, 120 children with stable vitiligo as stable group, and 120 healthy children as control group. There were no significant differences in age, gender among these three groups (P0.05). Serum samples of peripheral blood were collected from progressive group after three months' treatment. Antibody titres were detected by ELISA expressing in the form of optical density value (OD). Children in control group and stable group were not received any intervention. Results Before treatment, serum levels and anti-tyrosinase IgG and IgM antibodies were significantly higher in progressive group than those in control group and stable group (P0.001). After treatment, IgG level was still higher in progressive group than that in control group (P0.001), but was similar to that in stable group (P=0.1086). IgM levels were still higher in progressive group after treatment than those in control group and stable group (P 0.001). However, IgG and IgM levels were significantly decreased after treatment in progressive group (P 0.001). Conclusion Anti-tyrosinase antibodies are increased in children with progressive vitiligo, which can be decreased by vernonia anthelmintica.
