Internal Fixation of Lag Screws for Barton Fractures under C-arm X-ray Monitoring

目的探讨C臂下拉力螺钉治疗Barton骨折的疗效。方法采用C臂下拉力螺钉内固定治疗Barton骨折11例。结果本组手术时间平均30(25～40)min,失血量平均5(3～10)ml。术后X线检查示骨折均达解剖复位。11例均随访3个月,X线示骨折均愈合,平均愈合时间50(43～61)d。无伤口感染、骨折再移位、腕关节再脱位等并发症发生。根据Pattee和Thompson评价标准,本组优10例,良1例。结论 C臂下拉力螺钉内固定治疗Barton骨折效果满意,手术时间短,术后无再移位,外固定时间短,再次手术取出内固定物方便。

Objective To explore the curative effect of lag screw internal fixation for distal radius fracture and dislocation of wrist joint（Barton fractures）.Method 11 Barton fracture patients were treated by internal fixation of lag screws.Results The operation duration was 25 to 40 minutes with an average of 30 minutes,and the blood loss was 3 to 10 ml with an average of 5 ml.All 11 cases were followed up for 3 months.X-ray exam showed all fractures achieved anatomic reduction and healed in 50 days averagely（ranged 43 to 61 days）.No wound infection,re-displacement and re-dislocation were found.The outcome revealed excellence in 10 cases and good in 1 case according to Pattee and Thompson evaluation criterion.Conclusion The internal fixation of lag screws is an ideal treatment for Barton fractures with short operative time and external fixation duration,non-re-displacement and convenient reoperation.
