摘要
目的总结EC耳脑胶在脑脊液鼻漏中的应用效果。方法对15例外伤性脑脊液鼻漏患者采用额底硬膜外入路,EC胶自体组织粘贴术,术前行颅底CT三维成形进行漏口定位。结果本组术后14例痊愈,1例术后1月发生脑积水,行脑室腹腔分流后痊愈。均获随访,时间3月～1年,无复发。结论应用EC耳脑胶修补外伤脑脊液鼻漏具有简便、安全、成功率高的特点,值得推广使用。
Objective To assess the effect of EC glue for repairing the traumatic cerebrospinal rhinorrhea.Methods 15 cases suffered traumatic cerebrospinal rhinorrhea were reviewed.They were repaired by EC glue adhesion via the extended subfrontal extradural approach.The ventage was located by three-dimensional imaging of skull base before the operation.Results 14 cases cured after the operation,and 1 case was found hydrocephalus one month after the operation and then cured by ventriculoperitoneal shunt.All cases were followed up for 3 months to 1 year.No recurrence occurred.Conclusion Repairing of EC glue is a convenient and safe method for traumatic cerebrospinal rhinorrhea with high achievement ratio,and is worth popularizing.
