腹主动脉-左股动脉人工血管转流术后远端吻合口假性动脉瘤形成1例及文献复习

Surgical Treatment for Femoral Anastomotic Pseudoaneurysm after Abdominal Aorto-left Femoral Prosthetic Bypass:A Case Report and Literature Review

目的探讨人工血管转流术后吻合口假性动脉瘤的形成机制、促发因素、分类特点、诊断和治疗。方法腹主动脉-左股动脉人工血管转流术后远端吻合口假性动脉瘤形成1例,经手术行血流重建治愈。结果至今随访4月,患者肢体血运良好,感觉、运动如常。结论人工血管转流术后吻合口假性动脉瘤是一种严重并发症,可由多种因素诱发,一旦发生,需及时进行外科处理。

Objective To explore the formation mechanism,precipitating factors,typing characteristics,diagnosis and treatment of anastomotic pseudoaneurysm after artificial vessel bypass.Method One case of femoral anastomotic pseudoaneurysm after abdominal aorto-left femoral bypass was reported,and interrelated literatures were reviewed.Results The case was treated by surgical treatment of revascularization,and achieved enough blood supply and normal function of sensation and motion in affected extremity.No recurrence was observed during a 4-month follow-up.Conclusions Anastomotic pseudoaneurysm is a severe complication after blood vessel prostheses bypass,and it can be induced by many factors.Once happened,it should be handled by surgical treatment in time.
