摘要
介绍加氢焦化汽油芳构化改质提高辛烷值的工艺特点,在100mL等温固定床试验装置上,使用经特定金属改性的国产HZSM-5分子筛催化剂LAC-1考察原料油氮含量、反应温度和进料空速等对芳构化催化剂寿命和芳烃产率的影响。试验结果表明,加氢焦化汽油芳构化改质可使汽油马达法辛烷值由41.4提高到81.4,收率为67.3%。
The process characteristics of improving octane number of hydrotreated coker gasoline by aromatization were introduced. The influence of nitrogen content in the feed, the reaction temperature and space velocity on catalyst life and aromatics yield were investigated. The test was conducted on a 100 ml isothermal fixed bed unit with a modified HZSM 5 catalyst. The results showed that the gasoline MON raised from 41.4 to 81.4 with a yield of 67.3%.
