摘要
目的：探讨特殊类型肾囊肿的螺旋CT特点及其鉴别诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析14例经手术病理证实的特殊类型肾囊肿的螺旋CT表现。结果：螺旋CT对特殊类型肾囊肿的诊断准确性高,14例特殊类型肾囊肿中,出血性肾囊肿5例,钙化性肾囊肿4例,分隔性肾囊肿2例,肾囊肿并感染3例。结论：螺旋CT能较好地显示特殊类型肾囊肿的形态和特征;增强延迟扫描对其与囊性肾癌的鉴别诊断具有较高价值。
Objective：To discuss the helical CT （HCT） features of special type kidney cysts.Methods：HCT findings in 14 cases with pathologically-proved special type kidney cyst were retrospectively analyzed.Results：HCT could diagnose special type kidney cyst with a high accuracy.Of 14 cases,5 cases of hemorrhagic kidney cysts,4 cases of calcified kidney cysts,2 cases of seperated kidney cysts and 3 cases of infected kidney cysts were found.Conclusion：HCT can display the forms and features of special type kidney cysts.Enhanced delay scans have great value in differentiating the special type kidney cysts and cystic renal cell carcinoma.
