大脑中动脉M1段夹层动脉瘤一例
摘要
夹层动脉瘤（dissecting aneurysm）又称壁间动脉瘤，大多发生于主动脉，卒中患者中仅2％发生于颅内及颈段，而发生于大脑中动脉者更属罕见，现报道1例经MRA及DSA证实的大脑中动脉M1段夹层动脉瘤。
