注蒸汽井井筒两相流流动模型的选择 被引量:17

摘要 准确地预测注蒸汽井井筒内蒸汽的压力、温度和干度等参数的变化,对注蒸汽热力采油来说非常重要。根据传热学和两相流原理,建立了井筒注蒸汽两相流动的数学模型。选择了四种方法来计算摩阻压降,并与现场测得的实际数据进行了比较。计算结果表明,采用分离模型的Friedel方法和流型模型的BB方法均能得出比较理想的结果。 It is very important for thermal recovery by steam injection to predict the steam properties accurately, such as pressure, temperature and steam quality in the well bore. Based on the theories of heat transfer and two phase flow, a mathematical model for two phase flow in well bore was developed. Four different methods for calculating the frictional pressure drop were applied, and the results were compared with the field data provided by Liaohe Institute of Drilling and Production. The comparison among the models shows that the Friedel method and Begges Brill method are suitable to calculate the frictional pressure drop.
