摘要
论述了管道输油成本与所输原油的物性、输量及管道工程技术参数间的关系，分析了市场经济体制下经典价格模型对管道输油的局限性，提出了市场经济条件下，适合我国国情的管道输油价格模型。
The relationship among the cost, oil property, the
transportation quantities and the engineering parameters in oil pipeline transportation is
described. The insufficiency of classical price model under market mechanism is analyzed. A new
price model of oil pipeline transportation suitable for China market mechanism is given.
