摘要
以硫酸作催化剂合成了环烷酸二甘醇酯。研究了反应温度、醇酸摩尔比、催化剂用量及反应时间等因素对酯化反应的影响,并考察了碱洗、脱色等条件对产品质量的影响。确定的最佳工艺条件是:反应温度180℃,反应时间2.0h,醇酸摩尔比1∶1,催化剂用量为0.3%;确定用Na2CO3作碱洗剂,苯为稀释剂,活性炭为脱色剂。
Diethylene glycol naphthenate was
synthesized by using sulfuric acid as catalyst. The effects of reaction temperature, molar ratio
of diethylene glycol to naphthenic acid, dosage of catalyst and reaction time on esterification
were studied. The influences of alkaline washing and decolourization on product quality were
also studied. The optimum reaction conditions determined by the experiments were:
reaction temperature was 180℃ , the reaction time was 2.0h, the molar ratio of diethylene
glycol to naphthenic acid was 1∶1, the dosage of catalyst was 0 3%. The yield of diethylene
glycol naphthenate is more than 90% when using Na 2CO 3 as alkaline washing agent,
benzene as diluent and activated carbon as decolourant.
