先天性脾缺如者肝移植术后反复重症感染一例报道

摘要 尽管晚期肝硬化患者在脾切除后施行肝移植的报道较多，但先天性脾缺如患者因晚期肝硬化而施行肝移植者罕见。本院为1例先天性脾缺如合并晚期肝硬化患者施行了肝移植，报告如下。
