脑血管自动调节能力的参数评估 被引量:4

摘要 脑血管自动调节功能是脑血管自身具备的一种在动脉血压(arterial blood pressure,ABP)或脑灌注压(cerebral perfusion pressure,CPP)发生改变时保持脑血流动力学稳定性的能力,是一种用于预防继发性缺血损伤的内在保护机制。另一个概念是脑血管反应性,指脑血管平滑肌张力在血管跨壁压或血液中二氧化碳浓度发生改变时产生调节反应的能力。而脑血管压力反应性则专指平滑肌张力在跨壁压发生改变时做出相应反应的能力。
