改性花生壳处理模拟制革废水中氨态氮的研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对原有制革废水处理工程出水COD不能稳定达标和出水氨氮不能满足当前环保要求的问题,试验研究了几种改性花生壳对制革废水中NH4-N的去除效果,并探讨了溶液的pH值、NH4-N的初始浓度、吸附时间、温度以及改性花生壳的用量等因素,对NH4-N吸附效果的影响。结果表明:几种改性花生壳对NH4-N都有很好的吸附效果,其中当改性花生壳1.0g,浓度为100mg·L-1的NH4-N溶液100mL,温度35℃,溶液pH值为8,振荡时间40min的条件下,用磷酸改性的花生壳对NH4-N的去除率最高可达到76.32%。 In the traditional wastewater treatment peocess, the effluent ammonia nitrogen could not meet the environmental protection requirements. Researches are carried on to improve the removal efficiency of NH4 - N in wastewater with several kinds of modified peanut shells. The pH value in solution, initial concentration of NH4 - N, adsorption time, temperature, amount of modi- fied peanut shells and other factors influencing the absorption effect of NH4 - N were also investigated. The results show that, all these kinds of modified peanut shells have a good adsorption effect on NH4 - N, among which, the phosphoric acid modified peanut shell is the best one. Under a certain condition, that is, phosphoric acid modified peanut shell is 1. 0g, NH4 - N solution is 100mL with the concentration of 100mg/L-1 , temperature is 35℃, pH value is 8, oscillation time is 40min, the NH4 - N remov- al rate ccould reach as high as 76.32%.
