摘要
通过对大量家具企业的实地调查和试验,研究和制定了一整套木材拼板的工艺标准,从拼板前的准备、胶水准备、组坯、压力控制要求、养生,以及其他注意事项6个方面进行了说明,同时对影响拼板质量的一些因素进行了分析。对家具企业科学、规范和正确地应用木材拼板工艺,并获得标准、稳定和质优的拼板产品提供了工艺和技术保障。
By field and testing from many furniture enterprises, a set of process standards for jointed wooden board was worked out. It includes 6 points such as preparation, glue preparation, forming billet, pressure control, conditioning, and other notes, and the influence factors to the quality were analyzed, too.
