管道内喷涂防腐技术的应用

Pipeline Coating Spraying Technique

针对酸性天然气和输卤管道内的严重腐蚀及结垢问题,研究开发出高压无气喷涂新工艺及相适用的涂料,并进行了现场应用试验。结果表明,聚氨酯改性环氧重防腐蚀漆具有优异的耐水性、耐强酸碱性、耐硫化物和化工大气腐蚀。介绍了该涂料的涂装工艺、高压无空气喷涂原理及现场焊口修补方法等,并将高压无空气喷涂与传统的拖涂工艺进行技术经济比较,同时对喷枪控制提出了建议。

A new coating-spraying technique,high-pressure air-free spraying technique,has been developed and tested in the light of the serious corrosion and scale deposit existed in the sour natural gas and brine pipeline. The result shows that the polyurethane modified epoxy primer (finish painting)has perfect performence in water resistance,strong acid and/or base resistance,sulphide resistance and atmospheric corrosion resistance. The painting process, principle of high-pressure air-free spraying and field coating repair are introduced,and the technical-economic evaluation has been made between the new method and typical method,some suggestions have been proposed.
