摘要
考察了油田管输系统任一截面上的速度分布、流量与压力梯度的关系。研究了高、低切变率流场中颗粒的运动规律及径向迁移理论,指出无论颗粒最初位置在何处,在高切变率流场中颗粒都向离管轴约0.6R(半径)处的平衡位置移动,并且迁移速度随雷诺数增大而增大,根据以上理论结合管输系统流体的振动规律,研究了防垢防蜡机理。
The speed destribution,flow rate and pressure gradient of liquid elastic wave across any section of pipeline in oilfield pipeline system are studied. The flow law and the radial movement theory of the particle are discussed on the high and low shear rate flow liquid. It is pointed out that the particle always moves forward the equilibrium positions around the 0. 6 R(radius),and the moving speed is quicker as the Reynolds Number increases wherever the initial position of the particle is. Based on the combination with the theory and vibration pattern of liquid in pipeline system,the mechanism of the paraffin and scale control have been studied.
