摘要
通过向铁基固溶体α相中添加不同含量Ni元素,运用SEM、EDS方法研究了Fe-Ni固溶体在液态金属锌中的腐蚀行为,腐蚀产物生成过程以及腐蚀层各相生长动力学规律。研究表明,腐蚀层厚度主要由ζ相层决定,Ni元素的添加抑制了柱状ζ相的异常长大,降低了铁基固溶体在液态金属锌中的腐蚀速率,提高了铁基固溶体在液态金属锌中的腐蚀性能。
The corrosion behavior of Fe-Ni solid solution with different amount of Ni in liquid zinc and the formation and growth kinetics of the corrosion products in the process of corrosion were studied by SEM and EDS analysis.The results show that the corrosion layer thickness is mainly controlled by the ζ phase layer.The abnormal growth of columnar ζ phase is restrained by the addition of Ni,which reduces the corrosion rate and improves the corrosion resistance of the Fe-Ni solid solution in liquid zinc.
