摘要
上海浦东新区凌桥 16万m3油库工程的2台 5万m3原油储罐,其天然地基承载力仅为60kPa,采用塑料排水板与碎石桩综合处理方法,与桩基础方案相比,节约投资400余万元,自1996年建成投产以来,满足运行要求,在1998年3月通过了部级技术鉴定。本文从基础设计、地基变形允许值、深层土变形、充水预压团结设计与现场监控等方面对试验研究和工程应用进行了分析、论证和报道。
There are two 50000 m_3 crude oil storage tanks in Pudong, Shanghai. However its original foundation bearing load is only 60 kPa. It rises the bearing load to adopt plastic drain plate and rubble pole to treat the foundation. As a result, it saved 4 million RMB yuans of investment comparing with pole foundation. The two tanks have been in good operation condition since 1996. The Ministry approved the combination treatment technology in March of 1998. This article analyzes and proves test study and application from aspects of foundation design, foundation deformation allowable value, deep soil layer deformation, prepressing of water filling of solidifying design and site monitoring.
