摘要
在丙烯酸酯生产过程中，换热器中极易产生多种难溶的挂壁物质，这些挂壁物质成分复杂，采用化学方法很难清除，采用高压水射流技术，针对不同组分不同性状的挂壁物质采取不同清洗方法，付诸实践后，均达到了预期的清洗效果。
During producing acryl acid ester, it is very easy to come into being many kinds of difficultly dissolved substance. Because the components of these substance are complex, it is difficult to clear away them with chemical method. We clear away the substance with high pressure water jet technology. To different properties and different component substance, we research different cleaning method and carry out them. The result is satisfying.
