Nacyl sarcosine and the sarcosinates with mild biodegradable anionic surfactants were synthesezed from the reaction of fatty acyl chloride and amino acids, with maximum surfactancy such as emulsitying, wetting, dispersing, foaming, especilly their higher safty and lower irritation, using in areas as toothpaste and shampoo formulation, ore flotation, corrosion inhibition and so on.
