摘要
比较了五种固体酸催化合成丁酸丁酯的催化活性。结果表明 :杂多酸 ( HPA)对合成丁酸丁酯的催化作用最大 ,并讨论了 HPA为催化剂时 ,原料配比、催化剂用量、反应时间等因素与酯化程度的关系 ,确定了合成丁酸丁酯的最佳条件 :醇酸摩尔比为 1 .5∶ 1 ,HPA用量 2 % (基于酸重量 ) ,反应时间 1 .5h,反应温度约 1 1 0℃ ,酸转化率 99%以上 ,产品纯度达 98%
The catalytic effects of five kinds of solid acid catalysts were studied for synthesis of butyl butyrate by reacting butyric acid with butanol, the result showed that HPA(heteropolyacid) was the best among them. Effects of the ratio of reactants, the amounts of the catalyst and toluene, the reaction time were also investigated. The optimized reaction conditions were obtained: the molar ratio of butanol and butyric acid 1.4~1.5∶1, the amount of HPA 2% upon acid by weight, the reaction temperature about 110 ℃ and reaction time 1.5 h. The ratio of esterification was over 99%, the purity of product was 98%.
