3-羟基丁酸作为生物降解塑料的重要原料 ,实现其工业化生产是治理“白色污染”、推动生物降解塑料研究、开发和应用的关键。对目前各种实验室合成路径进行了分析、说明和比较 ,提出了氧化法
The industrial manufacture of 3hydroxybutyric(3hydroxybutanoic)which is crucial crude of biochemical degradable plastics, is the key to avoid white contamination and promote the research, development and application of biochemical degradable plastics. All kinds of laboratory synthesis route were analyzed, explained and contrasted. The most potential synthesis route which is that acetaldol is oxidized into 3hydroxybutyric was selected.
