摘要
介绍了振动降低摩擦的方法,提出了利用钻井液射流产生脉冲振动的降摩阻短节,解决了给钻头施加钻压,克服摩阻,提高定向钻井、水平钻井机械钻速,为降低钻井成本提供了一条有效的途径。钻水平井时,使用降摩阻短节可提高机械钻速59%,钻59号井的最后151m时,使用了降摩阻短节,提高机械钻速24%。
This paper introduces a method for friction reduction by vibration. A nipple Is used with mechanism of friction reduction by pulse vibration created by mud Jetting. This method provides an efficient approach to apply weight on bit, overcome drag, Increase penetration rate in directional drilling and horizontal drilling and reduce drilling cost. During horizontal drilling, the nipple can increase penetration rate by 59 %, e. g. 24% increasing in well No. 59 drilling.
