摘要
将选择调剖井的渗透率、吸水剖面、注入动态、压降曲线、采出程度一含水关系等5项因素,利用知识的不确定性表示方法表示成区块整体调剖选井的决策因子来优选调剖井,并利用注入动态来优选堵剂类型和堵剂用量,提出了最佳的施工工艺参数,研究了一套施工效果的预测方法,并从开采曲线、增产效果、增加可采储量、增加采收率、降低含水率、降低产水量等方面评价调剖改善的开发效果,从压降曲线、吸水剖面等方面评价调剖井的施工效果,实现了区块整体调剖从选井决策→堵剂决策→施工设计→效果预测→效果评价的一体化。并在盘2-26块应用中取得了显著效果。
This paper selects optimally the profile control well by using the uncertainty expression method to express the five factors such as permeability, water injection profile, water injection performance, pressure fall --off curve, recovery percent of reserves -- water cut relationship as the decision factors of well selection when conducting integral profile control in a block. This paper uses the water injection performance to select optimally the type and usage of the water shutoff agent, presents the optimal operation parameters and a whole set of method for predicting the operation effect. This paper also evaluates the development effect of profile control in terms of recovery curve, stimulation effect, improving recoverable reserves, decreasing water cut, etc., and evaluates the operation effect of profile control well in terms of pressure fall--off curve, water injection profile, etc. Therefore, the integral block profile control has been systematized, that is, from well selection decision, water shutoff agent decision, operation design, effect prediction, to effect evaluation. This technology has been used in block Pan2--26 successfully, and obvious effect has been achieved.
