摘要
深井机抽(超过2000m以上的机抽)排水采气工艺技术,由于泵挂深度加大,抽油杆柱、油管柱加长,泵径减小,排液量减少,因而有必要对深抽系统装置进行合理化配置,对深抽工艺进行优化设计。文中分别对泵挂深度、抽油泵、泵的冲次与冲程、抽油机选择和抽油杆等选择方法进行介绍,并根据川西南家41井和川南宋8井的成功应用效果分析,提出对今后该工艺进一步完善与推广的建议。
Due to increased pump
setting depths,the length of rod string and tubing string become longer,pump internal diameters
are smaller,discharge rate is decreased.So,it is necessary to optimize the technique design
and deep-well pumping units.This paper discusses how to determine the depth of pump setting,
the pump,pumping speed and pump stroke,pumping unit,and sucker rod.And on the basis of
analysing the successful application of drainage gas recovery technology by using deep-well
pumping units in well Jia 4 and well Song 8 in South Sichuan Oilfield,some improvement
suggestions are put forward for the furture work.
