摘要
大港油田从美国引进的Ｇ６封隔器命名为Ｙ４２２—１１７封隔器，采用双向卡瓦固定，旋转坐封，旋转解封。在受拉或受压状态下均可坐封，且保持其密封性；其机械锁定装置能承受来自封隔器上下方的压差，并使用３种不同的卡瓦，使封隔器解封顺利。文中分析了Ｙ４２２—１１７封隔器的结构特点，工作原理和技术特征，１９９８年３月～７月分别在大港油田的马西、板桥的港深７—４、板８２８—４高压注水井应用，解决了Ｙ２１１或Ｙ２２１及Ｙ３４１封隔器不适应深斜井，封隔器密封性差的问题。
Dagang Oilfield imported G6 packer from America which was
named Y422-117 packer.It is secured by bidirectional slip,set and unset by rotating.Under the
condition of tension and compression,it can keep set and sealed.Its mechanical locking devices
are able to stand pressure difference from above and below the packer.Meanwhile,it has three
different kinds of slips so that it is easy to make the packer unset.This paper analyzes the
structural features,operating mechanism and technical characteristic of Y422-117 packer.The
packer was used in high pressure water injection wells Gang Shen 7-4 and Ban 828-4 in
Dagang Oilfield between March to July,1998.The application show that usage of the Y422-117
packer sloves the problems that Y211,Y221 and Y341 packers are not available in deep slant
wells and the bad sealing property of previous packers.
