90年代钻井液处理剂发展趋势

DEVELOPING TREND OF DRILLING FLUID ADDITIVES IN THE 1990S

国外钻井液处理剂的发展经８０年代的高潮期后，逐渐进入稳定期，９０年代在开发产品上向高效廉价、一剂多效、保护油气层等方面发展。国内９０年代的钻井液维护处理技术正接近世界水平。文中对润滑剂、降滤失剂、降粘剂、增粘剂、稳定剂、乳化剂、防塌剂、缓蚀剂和消泡剂的国内外各类化学剂发展情况进行分析，对它们的性能进行对比。通过对国内外钻井液处理发展状况的认识，结合国内目前情况，提出了开发降滤失性好、稳定井壁能力强、润滑防卡性能好、抗温抗盐性能优良、配伍性好、价格合理的多功能钻井液处理剂是研究的重点。根据四川局川东和川西北矿区的现场情况反馈，针对钻井液中长期存在增粘、钻井液消泡难的问题，提出了建议。

Drilling fluid additives development gradually comes to a stable period after climax period in the 1980s abroad.In the 1990s,the additives are developed to achieve high effectiveness,low cost,multi-functionality,and reservoir protection.Domestic mud maintenance and treatment technology is catching up with the world advanced level in the 1990s.This paper has analyzed the developing situations of additives at home and abroad,such as lubricating agent,fluid loss additive,viscosity-reducing agent,viscosifier,stabilizing agent,emulsifier,corrosion inhibitor and defoaming agent.Besides,their behaviors in drilling have also been contrasted.Having discussed the present status of drilling fluid additives both at home and abroad,the paper recommends that the important thing is to develop multi-function drilling fluid additives with good filtration-reducing property,high hole-stablizing capability,satisfying lubricity,high temperature tolerance and high salt tolerance,and good compatibility.According to the usage of the drilling fluid additives in East Sichuan Oilfield and Northwest Sichuan Oilfield,suggestions were given to solve defoaming problems and viscosity increase.
