摘要
无土相钻井液中能否进行“屏蔽暂堵”保护油气层,一直为人们所关注。长期以来存在两种观点:一种观点认为无土相钻井液没有必要进行屏蔽暂堵保护,另一种观点认为无土相钻井液其液相对地层的损害远远大于固相对地层的损害,从而更应该采取屏蔽暂堵技术来保护产层。本文通过对无土相钻井液“屏蔽暂堵”技术的室内试验,解决了技术难点。利用惰性级配超细碳酸钙作为骨架粒子,利用乳化硬质沥青作为封堵粒子,形成封堵层防止钻井液浸入产层。在威东7井应用说明:在无土相钻井液中进行屏蔽暂堵技术是可行的、有效的,能保护油气层。
People have been paying close attention to the question whether the non-bentonite drilling fluid can protect reservoir through temporary shielding blocking.There have been two opinions for a long time:one is that it is not necessary to carry out temporary shielding blocking,while the other thinks that it is more necessary to do temporary shielding blocking because the liquid phase in non-bentonite fluid offers more severe damage to reservoir than the solids.This paper introduces the indoor temporary shielding blocking experiments.Some complex problems are solved.This technique was ever used in well Weidong 7,and its results show that the temporary shielding blocking technology is viable and effective in non-bentonite drilling fluid,it has the function of protecting reservoirs.
