摘要
在氟离子存在下,用TEABr-NaOH作模板剂,通过水热晶化法合成了β沸石。用XRD,IR,DTA-TG、SEM和TEM等研究了其物化性能,测定了对苯的异丙基化反应的催化性能。结果表明,合成的β沸石硅源利用率高,颗粒度大,热稳定性高。
Hydrothermal synthesis of zeolite was studied from aluminosilicate sol containing fluorion and with tetraethylammonium bromide as a template.The physiochemical and catalytic properties were investigated by using XRD,IR,DTATG,SEM and TEM etc.The optimized sol composition was found to be within the range of n (SiO2)/ n (Al2O3)=2555; n (NaF)/ n (NaOH)=0530; n (NaOH+NaF)/ n (SiO2)=0108; n (TEABr)/ n (SiO2)=055088; n (H2O)/ n (SiO2)=1625 under 140145.The crystallization time was 710d. zeolite is stable under the temperature up to 950 and the suitable regeneration temperature lies between 500700.The most probable crystalsize distribution of zeolite is as large as 45m.As a catlyst, zeolite showes significant activity for the reaction of benzene to yield isopropyl benzene.
