摘要
以NH4VO3和正硅酸乙酯为原料,TBAOH为模板剂,合成了高活性的钒硅分子筛VS-2。从FT-IR,XRD测试可知,钒进入了分子筛骨架,合成的分子筛与Silicalite-2具有相同的MEL结构。在合成反应中,采用适当的n(SiO2)/n(V2O5)比,并使溶胶充分老化,能有效地提高催化剂苯酚羟基化反应的活性;在结晶过程中添加晶种也能提高催化剂的选择性。在以H2O2为氧化剂的苯酚羟基化反应中。
HighlyactivevanadiumcontainingsilicateswithMELstructurehavebeenprepared.Therawmaterialsusedinthesynthesisweretetraethylsilicateandammoniummetavanadate,andtetrabutylammoniumhydroxidewasusedasatemplate.FTIRspectraofsamplessuggestthepresenceofVionsinframeworkpositions,andXraydiffractionpatternsofsamplesweresimilartothatofsilicalite2.Suitable n (SiO2)/ n (V2O5) ofthereactantmixtureandfullagingofsolgelduringsynthesiscaneffectivelyimprovetheactivityofcatalysts.AdditionofcrystallineseedstothesolgelcanalsoimprovetheactivityandselectivityofVS2catalystsinphenolhydroxylation.TheeffectofreactionconditionsonthediphenolyieldandH2O2efficientutilizationinphenolhydroxylationwithH2O2asoxidantandVS2ascatalysthasalsobeeninvestigated.
