摘要
报道了反应时间、BF3浓度、硅胶预处理温度对BF3修饰SiO2表面的影响。结果表明,BF3对SiO2的表面修饰主要是通过表面化学反应和物理吸附来完成的。两种方式发生几率的大小主要取决于表面羟基的量。
In this paper,the research results indicate that the quantities of surface OH are dependent on roasting temperature.With increasing roasting temperature from 200 ℃ to 800 ℃,the quantities of surface OH decrease from 1.5 mmol/g to 0.5 mmol/g.The measurement results of IR and surface B show the chemical reaction happened between BF 3 and OH and the reaction was completed after 2 h.However,physical adsorption is found to occur between BF 3 and SiO 2.The frequency of chemical reaction and physical adsorption is dependent on OH concentration on SiO 2 surface.
